Minh-Thu Pham

Minh-Thu Pham is a Senior Advisor to Connect Frontier LLC. She has 20 years of experience in global policymaking, diplomacy, and international development. She most recently served as Executive Director of Global Policy at the United Nations Foundation. Previously, she was strategic planning and policy advisor to UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan and was a visiting lecturer at Princeton.

Pham serves on the Advisory Council of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, where she also received her Master’s in Public Affairs. She is a fellow of the Truman National Security Project, was a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and was a 92Y Women in Power Fellow. She received a B.A. from Duke University. Pham came to the U.S. as a refugee from Vietnam and currently lives in New York City.
